Using NFC enabled mobile phones and RFID tags you can get guaranteed proof that a cleaner has been to a client’s site, when they were there and for how long. Instructions for each site can be sent to the cleaner via the phone and they can also capture further information such as products used or issues that may have arisen.

Furthermore, you have access to all of this information in real-time via the Real-Link portal. With Real-Link software you can avoid expensive electronic clocking in and out systems or devices that must be hard-wired to a network as our solution is deployed via a mobile device.

HOW DOES REAL-LINK FOR THE CLEANING INDUSTRY WORK?

Firstly, the cleaning operative arrives at each client site and scans the NFC tag with their Real-Link enabled mobile phone which transmits their name, location and the time stamp instantaneously to the Real-Link web portal, via the mobile network or Wi-Fi.
Location specific data can be displayed on the phone for staff instructions or for capturing additional details such as specific cleaning tasks that must be carried out or information about the cleaning products used.
All the details are sent to the server in real time via the mobile network/WiFi.
The data is instantly available via the Real-Link web-based portal to enable monitoring of employees and their work. If you are on-the-go, automated reports and alerts are available via email and text message.
