Real-Link Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 12 February 2026
This service is provided by Nova EPOS Ltd (“Nova EPOS”, “we”, “us”), trading as Real-Link.
We aim to provide our customers with flexibility while maintaining smooth operations.
As our software licences are billed monthly by the developers for any usage, we apply a 30-day cancellation notice. This ensures billing aligns correctly and avoids any disruption to your service.
Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Licence Cancellation Notice
All licence cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Once we receive a cancellation request, a 30-day notice period applies.
2. Effective Cancellation Date
The effective cancellation date is 30 calendar days after we receive your written request, unless otherwise agreed.
- If a cancellation request is submitted on 10 February, the 30-day notice period starts the following day. The licence will therefore remain active until 12 March.
3. Invoices During the Notice Period
Invoices issued during the 30-day notice period will still be processed as scheduled. Any licence usage during this period is billable.
4. Licence Transfers
If you have ongoing or upcoming projects, we may be able to transfer your licence to another project instead of cancelling it. Please contact our support team to discuss options.
5. No Refunds After Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated, no refunds or credits will be provided for days already covered by invoices during the notice period.
